  • Excessive Messiness

    To ensure the efficiency of business, we charge one flat fee, for excessive messiness, that comes to an even $50. It’s our job to tidy your messiness, and we understand that life takes a toll on a vehicle. That being said, we will only charge this fee if the job requires an extended amount of time, effort, and or products.

    (Examples include but are not limited to excessive pet hair buildup, off road adventure aftermath, major salt build up, etc…)

  • Weather Contingency

    With our unpredictable and crazy weather here in Utah, our detailing processes can be greatly effected. If our appointment falls of a day of poor weather conditions, a rescheduling of the appointment will be necessary.

    (Examples of poor weather include but are not limited to rain, snow, freezing temperatures, temperatures above 33 degrees and below 39 degrees without sunshine, excessive wind speeds, dust storms, etc…)

  • Power & Water Requirement

    We are a mobile detailing company, but were still new and growing! We are working hard toward the eventual purchase of our detailing vans, which will make us completely mobile. Until then, though, we have 100ft of hoses and power chords and will just require access to an outlet and spigot to complete the detail.

  • Travel Distance

    We are a mobile company who travels to you! That being said, we do have travel limits due to time and fuel costs. We begin implementing travel fees when we brach a radius of 15 miles from the zip code of 84115. Fees vary depending on distance so please feel free to reach out with questions!

  • Time Slot Clarification

    Details are often unpredictable in terms of of time spent on them. That being said, we provide a window of arrival that spans between the hours selected.

    (For example, if the 9-10am arrival time slot is chosen, we will plan to arrive BETWEEN 9 and 10am.)

  • Cancelation Under 24 Hours

    As you can understand, a last minute cancellation voids our opportunity to fill our slots and work for our income. If the scheduled appointment is not canceled with at least 24 hours, or more, of an advance, there will be a fee of $50 implemented.

  • Text Confirmation

    As you may have noticed, gas is a bit pricey! In addition, if you need to cancel or reschedule, we need to be able keep business moving smoothly. We have had many instances in the past of “no answers” on the day of. That being said, we send a message to EVERY customer, the morning of, to confirm that the scheduled appointment is to proceed. If that message is not responded to, to confirm, the appointment will be rescheduled and the slot will be filled by another customer in line.

  • Vehicle Availability

    We spend as much time as it takes to ensure every detail of your vehicle is considered. From door jams and seat rails to under the seats and in the cracks, we spend time making sure everything is as pristine as we can make it! To put it simply, we spend hours on the vehicle!

    That being said, please ensure is there is a minimum of 4-5 hours that the vehicle can be made available, so we can sped as much time as we need in providing the bet quality possible, for you, Dude!!!

    If that is not possible on that date, we will help in getting another date, with more time!
